Henriksen Studio supported the client, Graham, with the review of the Facçade Contractor’s proposals and resolution of challenges that arose on site associated with the performance of the rainscreen facçade, which was clad with perforated aluminium panels. Henriksen Studio also carried out assessments of the thermal performance and condensation risk associated with the Façade Contractor’s detailed design.
